Please follow these steps to generate the mandatory disclaimers from your seller account:
1) In your Seller account, go to Products->Compliance.
2) To add the Explodely disclaimer, click on View and copy the disclaimer from here. Paste this disclaimer on the page's footer and add your website URL in the [Your Website] field.
3) To generate other policies like FTC Compliance, Refund policy and Earnings disclaimer, click the Generate button and fill in the required details.
4) Click on Auto Generate My Policies.
Once you click Download Policy, a zip file containing FTC compliance, Earning disclaimer and Refund policy with your details in HTML format will be downloaded. You can add them as the footer links of your sales pages.
