Explodely's Content Delivery URL aims at improving your product delivery process and enhancing customer satisfaction.
The Content Delivery URL serves as a direct link to your product's members area page or access link to your digital product, such as a PDF download link. We have seamlessly integrated this Content URL link into both the email order receipt and the Access product link on the Order Lookup page.
So if you add a Content Delivery URL while adding your product, it will generate a download/access button in the email receipt.
You can also edit your existing products and add Content Delivery URL to it - simply edit the product details within your seller account and navigate to the Product settings section, where you will find the option to include the Content Delivery URL.
To ensure a seamless and effortless product access experience for your buyers, we strongly recommend updating all your existing Products with the Content Delivery URL.
Please make sure that the URL you provide in the Content Delivery section is either a download page or a member's login page, specifically related to the product the customer purchased. Please do not enter any OTO (One-Time-Offer) URL in this box, as it will cause confusion among customers and may result in an increase in refunds or chargebacks.
