Payments are issued to Explodely users on Fridays every week
The paychecks get due every Wednesday, and credits & debits for the week before are applied to the paycheck. The paycheck is then paid on Friday, which comes after 2 weeks. In simpler terms, Explodely follows NET 16 payment terms.
For instance, in the image below the paycheck which gets due on the 8th includes credits and debits from 1 to 7 of the month and will be paid on the 24th.

Once the paycheck is issued on Fridays, it might take 1-3 days for the amount to get credited to your account.
