The Explodely paycheck page gets updated every Wednesday. Once you start promoting, the pay status on your paycheck page should start showing 'To Be Paid', which implies that your weekly balance is due to be paid on a particular date.

In case your pay status is showing Pending it is because of the following reasons:

1. Pending (INC) = Incomplete Payee Form

The payment information needs to be filled in for your payment to get due. So you need to fill in your payee details and once your update it, your paycheck should get due next Wednesday.

Please note the option to fill in the Payee form under payment information is available only after you make 1 sale.

2. Pending (THR) = Threshold Amount

A threshold amount is the minimum amount required for a paycheck to get paid.

The default threshold limit for Explodely is $250.00. So a paycheck can only be paid if your weekly balance of the paycheck is at least $250.00.

The weekly balance is rolled over to the next paycheck if the minimum threshold level still needs to be reached. This continues until the paycheck amount is greater or equal to the minimum threshold level.

The threshold amount can be increased to $500, $1000, $2500, $5000 and $10000 based on your requirement. Please reach out to your account manager or email our team at support@explodely.com to get it changed.

3. Pending (MSR) = Minimum Sale Requirement

There is a 5 unique buyer Minimum Sale Requirement which must be met before a paycheck gets due.
