That being said, we also understand that it is not possible for you and your support team to be available 24*7 for your customers and that is why we built Explodely's Auto Response feature.
You can use Auto Responses to acknowledge the customer's problem and solve common/frequent issues like giving access to the product and sharing login credentials.
How to add Auto Responses-
Step 1: Log into your seller account using the link: https://explodely.com/seller/signin. Go to Products->Settings->Auto Reply.
Step 2: Under the Auto Reply section, click on "Add Auto Response".
Step 3: The Auto Response form looks like this:
Step 4: You need to select the Product ID and add Auto Reply based on the Ticket Type (Refund or Support). You can further customie it by adding a initial and follow up response.
Step 5: Write the message in the given field and click Add.
Your Auto response will be added successfully.
