Step 1: Go to the Order Lookup Page using the link: https://explodely.com/ordersearch/
Step 2: Enter the email address used for the purchase and the corresponding Order ID found in the purchase receipt received via email after making the purchase.
If the Order ID is unknown, provide the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used.
Step 3: Complete the captcha by checking the I'm not a robot box and then click on Look Up.
Upon doing so, the Order Lookup page displaying your purchase details will become accessible.
Step 4: Click on Refund Request.
Step 5: Provide the necessary information by entering the subject line and a description of your refund request. Subsequently, click on Submit.
Once you have successfully initiated a refund request, the purchase will be automatically refunded in 48 hours unless the Seller resolves the issue and changes the request to a support-related inquiry. You will be notified via email when such a resolution occurs.
If you still wish to proceed with a refund, revert the support request back to a refund request, and your refund will be processed after 48 hours.
