Funnel Feature and Funnel Flow are often confused, but they serve very different purposes on Explodely. In this article, you’ll understand what these two are and how they are different from each other.
Funnel Feature
The Funnel feature helps you organise your products and offers within a single seller account. Instead of creating a new account for every offer, you can group related products into funnels and clearly differentiate one offer from another.
Using funnels keeps your products well organized and makes performance tracking and analysing easier. You can quickly see which funnels are performing well.
In short, the Funnel feature is about how you organise and manage your products.
Funnels offer many benefits and features, which are explained in detail in the Funnel Features section of the Knowledge Base.

Funnel Flow
Funnel Flow refers to how a buyer moves through your funnel after entering it.
A typical funnel flow looks like this:
Front-end sales page → Upsell 1 Sales page → Additional upsells or downsells (if applicable) → Final thank-you page
Whether the buyer accepts or skips an upsell, they continue through the funnel until they reach the final thank-you page.
This complete journey from entry to completion is referred to as the funnel flow. Properly setting up the Thank You page URL in your seller account ensures that this flow remains smooth and uninterrupted.
